Who's behind SnipCat.

I'm building SnipCat as a practical AI tool for companies that want measurable results.

SnipCat is built by Petr Hebký, founder and developer.

Since 2023, I've been implementing AI into SaaS products, looking for ways to make AI a practical part of real business processes.

SnipCat was born from the idea that AI can take over real, repetitive communication only when it's not built as an open-ended chatbot.

That's why I'm building it on a state-based architecture, where the agent has a clear state, rules, next step, and boundaries for what it can do. This lets it handle communication repeatedly, in a controlled way, with results you can evaluate.

My approach

I start with a specific problem, not a big implementation.

First, I look for where AI can quickly save time or improve outcomes. Only then does it make sense to tackle broader automation.

That's why SnipCat starts with inbound communication — where a fast response and good follow-up often decide whether an inquiry becomes a meeting.
